Phase One: Brand Strategy

The very first phase of the Subcultr Method is completely rooted in brand strategy.


We start by defining your brand internally, from the core. This includes your brand purpose, vision, and values. We also dig deep into your target audience, target market and brand goals.


When your brand can easily define itself and knows who it is, where it is going and why it exists, you are able to build a community of loyal consumers who are aligned with your vision and the lifestyle you want to lead. Phase Two: Brand Identity

Throughout this phase, we present your new redefined logo with variations, colour palette, type suit and supporting elements, all later arranged on a brand guide for you to keep.

Phase Three: Brand Touchpoints

Now that your brand is established from the inside out, we can move onto the final phase of our process. This is when we begin to design your brand assets such as the website, business cards, social media templates and packaging designs.
